The Advertiser declares that he is aware of the scope of the Website & Application and has taken all precautions to comply with the legislation in force agrees not to hold liable and releases MonCongo Limited from all responsibilities in this regard. In this context, the Advertiser declares and acknowledges that it is solely his responsibility for the content, images and all other materials he provides and approves of the Advertisements it publishes and makes accessible to Users, as well as for any document or information that it transmits to Users. The Advertiser assumes full editorial responsibility for the content of the Advertisements he publishes.
By filling any Advertisement, each Advertiser acknowledges and agrees that MonCongo Limited may delete, or refuse, at any time, without compensation an Advertisement that would be contrary in particular to the law of the country and the rules of dissemination of the Service.
The Advertiser confirms all the images used by them and given to MonCongo to publish or prepare any publication are free from any copyright infringement and upon any issues of such kind of copyright infringement, the Advertiser will not hold liable MonCongo Limited.
Any User and Advertiser is then solely responsible for damage caused to third parties and the consequences of complaints or actions that may result therefrom. The User also renounces to exercise any recourse against MonCongo Limited in the event of legal proceedings instituted by a third party against him due to the use and/or illicit exploitation of the Service on the MonCongo website and application.
Users and Advertisers are solely responsible for the transactions thus carried out and their consequences.
LIMITATIONS ON SERVICE
You are in full agreement and confirm that
- MonCongo may establish controls and restrictions along with some limitations concerning the usage use of the Website & Application, including the length of which any data or content, be it in its size, nature, form retained by the Website.
- MonCongo will not be held responsible or liable for removal, deletion or failure to store any Content maintained or transmitted by the Website.

MonCongo is committed and bound to protect its users and advertiser’s privacy.
MonCongo will not make accessible, give, sell, share or disclose any information related to the visits and/or personal information that is provided such as names, addresses, email addresses or telephone numbers, to anyone outside MonCongo.com and the Mobile Application for any reason.
This will change if and only in the exception of such information is required by any Government Body requesting and by the law, or with the user's express permission.
